Omaha's Rebounding Anchor with HS Pedigree
Akol Arop, Omaha Mavericks forward, led his team with 4.9 rebounds per game in the 2021-22 season while shooting an efficient 49.6% from the field across 29 games (18 starts), building on his stellar high school dominance as 2018-19 Gatorade Player of the Year (19.4 PPG, 10.9 RPG, 62% FG). His physicality, faith-driven intensity, and catch-and-shoot reliability make him a gritty, high-motor big who excels on the glass—perfect for teams needing tough, efficient frontcourt depth without flash.
