Drew Cisney is flashing real upside for FDU
In the 2026 season, freshman right-hander Drew Cisney emerged as one of Fairleigh Dickinson’s most interesting arms, earning NEC Rookie of the Week honors and logging seven starts for the Knights. His best showing came against New Haven, when he struck out 10 in 6 innings and worked with the poise of a pitcher who knows how to attack hitters, not just survive them. What stands out is the competitive edge: he’s already trusted in big spots, looks like a strike-thrower with bat-missing ability, and has the kind of toughness teams love in a starter.
