High-Upside Middle Infielder for SC State
Madison Boyd is a South Carolina State softball middle infielder whose roster listing does not yet show public stat production, so the value case is more about projection than box-score volume right now. At 5'3", she profiles as a compact, likely quick-turnaround defender in the middle infield, a role that usually rewards range, hands, and fast decision-making. Based on the available public record, there is not enough verified injury or performance data to gauge current form, so she looks best as a low-risk, depth-oriented fit with developmental upside rather than an obvious stat-led centerpiece.
