Indiya Spooner is a quick, low-usage Shaw backcourt piece with efficient shooting in limited minutes
In the 2025-26 season, Indiya Spooner has played sparingly for Shaw, but she’s been efficient in her minutes: through 2 games she averaged 1.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 50.0% shooting while going 100.0% at the line. At 5'3" and listed as a junior guard, her value is less about volume and more about pace, ball-handling, and keeping possessions clean. She looks like a compact guard who can fit a team that needs a steady, low-mistake connector rather than a high-usage scorer.
