Cole Roberts is Georgia State’s innings-eating RHP with legit Sunday-start value
In the 2026 season, senior right-hander Cole Roberts has been a steady workload arm for Georgia State, and his value starts with durability and strike-throwing rather than flash. He was the Panthers’ most consistent starter in 2025, going 6-4 with a 4.69 ERA over 71.0 innings and holding opponents to a team-best .234 batting average among regular starters. He’s already shown he can work deep into games and compete against stronger lineups, which makes him a fit for a rotation that wants reliability, toughness, and a competitive edge.
