Special-teams spark with SEC-caliber pedigree and room to grow
Kendall Jackson brings size, recruiting upside, and a versatile linebacker frame to Chattanooga, where he was listed as a 6-0, 200-pound junior in 2025 after earning snaps mostly on special teams in 2024. In the 2024 season, Chattanooga said he played in three games and contributed against Tennessee, VMI, and Western Carolina, which fits a developmental defender still carving out a bigger role. He’s intriguing because he already has Power-5 recruiting attention in his background, but the next step is turning that athletic promise into steady linebacker production.
