D’Marco Augustin brings veteran punch to USF’s secondary
In the 2024 season, D’Marco Augustin gave South Florida a steady veteran presence at safety, finishing with 39 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and an interception while appearing in 11 games and making three starts. He’s a 6-1, 213-pound graduate transfer who already had 31 starts and 38 games of experience before arriving at USF, which shows up in his physicality, versatility, and ball skills. The fit is strong for a team that values experienced, downhill secondary play with real game reps behind it.
