Grand Canyon’s high-minute, playmaking lead guard
DeWayne Russell stands out as a **high-usage, high-IQ guard** who can run an offense, create for others, and shoulder a heavy workload; Grand Canyon’s roster notes he averaged **21.2 points**, led the WAC in **6.5 assists per game** and **39.1 minutes per game**, earning **All-WAC First Team** honors. That production, plus his proven scoring ceiling and long track record as a steady creator, makes him a strong fit for teams needing a primary ball-handler who can organize possessions and compete at a high intensity.
