South Alabama’s productive, versatile junior linebacker with a nose for negative plays
In the 2025 season, Parker Shattuck played in all 12 games for South Alabama and finished with 8 total tackles, including a tackle for loss in the finale at Texas State; in the 2024 season, he posted 11 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and a pass breakup as a true freshman. What makes him interesting is the versatility and disruptive edge—he got snaps at linebacker, edge and even tight end in high school, and his early college tape shows a willing, physical defender who can finish behind the line. He also earned Academic All-District recognition, which is a nice bonus for a depth piece with upside.
