Mikey Plummer brings Navy a live left arm with starter upside and late-game poise
In the 2026 season, Plummer has been used both as a starter and reliever for Navy, showing enough strike-throwing and flexibility to handle multiple roles while posting some rough outings early and a clean relief look against Delaware State. He’s a 6-foot, left-handed pitcher from Monroe, Louisiana, with a Navy prep-school background at Salisbury School, which hints at toughness, structure, and a team-first profile. The fit? Intriguing if you want a versatile arm who can grow into a more reliable middle-rotation or swing role.
