Olivia Roberto brings gap power, steady hands, and veteran polish to New Haven's outfield
In the 2025 season, Olivia Roberto hit .262 with 27 hits, 7 doubles, 1 triple, 7 RBIs, and 11 walks in 40 games, then in the 2026 season she appeared in 8 games with 1 hit and 7 putouts while splitting time in the outfield[2][3]. She looks like a useful fit for a team that values contact, defensive reliability, and experienced depth: New Haven's roster lists her as a graduate-student outfielder, and the program also named her an NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete in 2026[1][7].
