In the 2024 season, Nathan Lamb emerged as a true volume-and-damage quarterback for Western Illinois, throwing for 3,332 yards and 21 touchdowns with a 65% completion rate and a 148.0 passer rating, plus a monster 564-yard, five-TD game that showed real ceiling.[5][6][15] At 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds, he brought enough size to stand in and deliver, plus enough mobility to keep defenses honest, which made him more than just a stat collector.[2][14] He also reportedly moved into a graduate-assistant coaching role in 2025, so he’s the kind of QB who already understands the game from both sides of the headset.[7][9]
