Mason Wright brings length, burst, and edge versatility to Wyoming
Mason Wright, a Wyoming freshman from St. Pius X in Missouri, profiles as a high-upside EDGE/LB with good length, quick first-step pop, and the versatility to rush or drop into coverage. Recruiting services listed him as a three-star prospect, with 247Sports noting he was the No. 30 recruit in Missouri, and Wyoming says he produced over 100 career tackles and more than 15 career sacks in high school. The fit is appealing: he looks like a developmental defender who plays hard, tackles with intent, and gives Wyoming a multi-role piece on the front seven.
