speedy freshman spark for Mississippi State
In the 2026 season, Camden Capehart is a freshman wide receiver at Mississippi State with an early-use profile: he has recorded 1 rushing attempt for 6 yards and has not yet posted a reception, so the box score is still tiny, but the trait stack is intriguing. He’s a compact 5'8" playmaker, was rated a 3-star recruit, and earned a strong prep résumé with 56 catches, 1,379 receiving yards, and 25 touchdowns in 2024 at Winnsboro HS. That kind of quick-twitch, slot-friendly explosiveness is why he’s worth tracking as a low-profile, high-upside fit.
