Ben Harvey brings size, shooting touch and veteran poise to SIU’s wing
Ben Harvey is a 6-5 Southern Illinois guard whose value comes from a polished, efficient offensive game and seasoned experience, not empty-calorie box-score fluff. In his best SIU season, he averaged 9.7 points and 3.7 rebounds and shot 78.1% at the line, with a knack for timely scoring in conference play and tournament moments. He’s the kind of steady, versatile wing who can help spacing, rebounding and composure — a solid fit for a team needing a mature connector more than a flashy shot-creator.
