FGCU's 6'4" RHP with Elite Strikeout Intensity and Junior-Ready Dominance
Stetson Callaway, the 6'4", 235-lb right-handed pitcher for the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, stands out in the 2026 season not just for his 24 ERA and 6 strikeouts, but for his relentless mound intensity and physical differentiator: a powerful, 99kg frame that generates elite velocity and strikeout potential. Though his ERA reflects early-season volatility, his 1.000 win-loss ratio and 1 strikeout per inning in limited appearances signal a high ceiling. Callaway, a Texas native born in 2004, brings a competitive, two-way mindset honed at Western Texas College (where he posted 45Ks and a 5-3 record as a freshman). His injury history is clean, and his personality is marked by quiet confidence and workmanlike grit. For teams seeking a physically imposing, strikeout-heavy RHP with junior-level readiness and a track record of academic excellence (First Team All-Academic), Callaway is a compelling fit—especially if you value intensity over immediate ERA polish.
