Charli Orsini brings proven left-field stability to NC State’s circle
Charli Orsini is a graduate student right-handed pitcher whose value is built on poise, strike-throwing, and run prevention: across her Tennessee career she posted a 2.70 ERA and, in NC State’s 2026 season, logged 18 appearances, 24.2 innings, 21 strikeouts and a season-high six Ks at Virginia. She is not a volume ace, but she can steady a staff in relief or spot-start duty, and her academic honors plus international background suggest a disciplined, adaptable competitor who fits best as a reliable depth arm rather than a pure workhorse.
