Maurice Bonneau Jr. is a disruptive, high-motor veteran anchor for The Citadel’s defensive front
In the 2025 season, Maurice Bonneau Jr. played in nine games for The Citadel and posted 13 total tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, and 0.5 sack, showing up as a reliable rotational DL who can chip in pressure without needing heavy snap volume. He stood out in 2024 as well, finishing with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble, which points to real burst, effort, and a knack for impact plays. He’s a 6-foot-1, 245-pound redshirt senior who stayed committed to The Citadel through roster turnover, a good sign for toughness and buy-in.
