McNeese’s Redshirt Junior Righty With Real Bullpen Value
In the 2026 season, Roman Tolbert is a redshirt junior right-handed pitcher for McNeese, a 6'1", 198-pound arm who brings a simple, on-line delivery and a low-drama profile that coaches tend to love. Recent McNeese stats show him as an active contributor on the mound, and outside evaluations describe him as a dependable strike-thrower rather than a flashy velocity-first arm[1][4][6]. He looks like a fit for a staff that values repeatability, competitive toughness, and innings you can trust when the game gets messy.
