Efficient, athletic frontcourt piece for UMBC
Jacobs is a 6'8" freshman forward for UMBC who already looks like a useful rotation big: in the 2025-26 season, he averaged 4.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks in about 15 minutes per game while shooting 48.6% from the field. His differentiators are energy, rim activity, and finishing—UMBC notes he led the team with 22 dunks and started 16 games as a true freshman, which signals trust and upside. He looks like a fit for teams needing a hard-playing, low-usage frontcourt athlete who impacts games without needing touches.
