Ben Giovannetti brings middle-order pop and veteran stability to Ball State
In the 2025 season, Giovannetti emerged as a legit power threat for Ball State, starting 21 of 31 games and hitting .278 with a .500 slugging percentage, 6 home runs, and 22 RBI; he also flashed hot-streak upside with back-to-back three-hit games at Bowling Green and a two-homer, four-RBI explosion against Miami. The 6-foot, right-handed senior adds experienced, physical infield depth and looks like a lineup fit for teams that want power, toughness, and a player who can change a game with one swing.
