Drew Lutz

Drew Lutz brings UIW a steady, high-IQ guard with proven playmaking touch

Drew Lutz is a polished, possession-sensible guard whose value shows up in the little things: in the 2019-20 season he led UIW in assists (108) and steals (38) while shooting an excellent 88.6% at the free-throw line, and the program later noted he ranked among the Cardinals’ top all-time free-throw shooters. He also has a track record of taking on injury adversity and still producing, which makes him the kind of calm, reliable backcourt piece coaches trust. If your team needs a smart table-setter who can defend, distribute, and keep the offense organized, he’s a fit.
