Jessa Snippes brings two-way utility and steady Gopher grit
In the 2026 season, Jessa Snippes has been a valuable all-around piece for Minnesota, starting all 49 games she appeared in and posting a .246 average with 33 hits, 21 walks, a .354 on-base percentage, and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage[1]. She also gave the Gophers innings in the circle, appearing in 12 games with three starts[1]. The real value is her versatility and competitive background: she arrived with a strong Minnesota prep résumé, including state-title pedigree and leadership traits, and she looks like the kind of player who helps raise a team’s floor with dependable at-bats, contact skills, and fearless multi-role utility[1][5].
