Shifty Mercer Guard with Elite Steals and Smooth Ball Handling
Jordan Jones, a 6'0 sophomore guard for the Mercer Bears, stands out as an insanely shifty and smooth ball-handler who brings elite defensive intensity with 13 steals in the 2022-23 season. While his scoring averages were modest (2.1 PPG in 2022-23, 4.2 PPG in 2021-22), his differentiator is his shifty agility and 100% free-throw accuracy (8-for-8), reflecting a disciplined, high-intensity personality. He has no reported injury history, and his smooth style makes him a low-risk, high-upside fit for teams needing a shifty defender who can disrupt opponents without fouling. You should care because he's a shifty, smooth guard who turns defense into offense with intensity, not just stats.
