Jayden Martinez brings versatile forward production and physical rebounding to North Texas
Martinez was a steady frontcourt contributor for North Texas, averaging 9.8 points and 5.5 rebounds in 2022-23 while shooting 43.6% from the field, and he also logged 21 starts across 30 games in the program’s roster notes. At 6'7", his value is in being a reliable, physical forward who can do a little of everything rather than a pure volume scorer; he gives a team rebounding, length, and enough offensive skill to stay on the floor, which makes him a practical fit for lineups needing toughness and consistency.
