Brittany Howe brings a bat-first spark to UMBC
In the 2026 season, Brittany Howe has shown early offensive value for UMBC, hitting .200 with 2 hits, 2 runs, 1 RBI, and 1 stolen base across limited action, while her high-school resume points to a much bigger ceiling: a left-handed power hitter and two-time Big 9 Player of the Year who produced a .562 average, 45 hits, and 38 RBI in 2025. Her appeal is simple—contact, pop, and athletic versatility in the outfield. If a team wants a competitive, energetic player with upside and room to grow, she’s a sneaky-good fit.
