Keller Rivers brings transfer-sized tools to Alcorn’s outfield
Keller Rivers enters the 2026 season as a junior outfielder at Alcorn State after transferring from Howard College, and evaluators say he’s one of the most toolsy newcomers in the SWAC[1]. In the 2026 conference preview, he was described as a 6.6 runner with power that can reach all fields and a low-90s arm from the outfield grass[1]. That combo makes him an appealing fit for teams wanting athletic upside, defensive range, and a bat with real projection rather than just empty contact.
