Eastern Illinois Forward Still Finding His Role
Luke Light is a sophomore forward for Eastern Illinois who's in the early stages of his college career. During the 2023-24 season, he appeared in ten games off the bench, logging limited minutes (season-high seven minutes vs. St. Louis). Coming from Paradise Honors High School in Arizona, Light was a solid contributor in prep ball, averaging 11.5 points and 9.2 rebounds as a senior. At the college level, he's still developing and earning playing time. Light could be a fit for programs seeking a depth forward with solid fundamentals and rebounding instincts, though he'll need to prove he can impact games at the collegiate level.
