versatile infield presence with a compact frame and high-upside defensive profile
Kaela Ciarletta is listed as a 5'3" infielder for East Tennessee State, and her profile suggests a player whose value comes from versatility, quickness, and reliability in the middle infield rather than pure power. Publicly available recruiting info ties her to a multi-position softball background, which is often a strong fit for teams that want defensive flexibility and someone who can handle pressure situations. There isn’t enough reliable public stat data here to judge current production at ETSU, so the best read is that she projects as a compact, utility-minded contributor who can add roster depth and energy.
