Efficient 6-foot-9 NJIT forward with a polished inside game
Bendary’s appeal is his size-and-efficiency combo: as a freshman in 2015-16, he flashed a strong finishing touch by scoring a career-high 16 points on 8-of-10 shooting against North Florida, while also contributing 5 rebounds. NJIT listed him at 6-foot-9, 235 pounds, and his profile suggests a sturdy frontcourt player who can score around the rim and hold his own on the glass. For a team seeking a physical, low-maintenance forward who can stay within himself and make high-percentage plays, he looks like a fit.
