Kenric Lanier II brings size and untapped upside to Minnesota’s WR room
Lanier is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound receiver with prototype size and legitimate burst, but his current value is more about upside than production: in the 2025 season, he played in 10 games and finished with three catches for 79 yards after a quiet 2024. The buzz around him has long centered on talent, athleticism, and the promise of a former top recruit, while the concern has been whether he can carve out a bigger role in a crowded receiver room. If you need a developmental playmaker, he’s intriguing; if you want proven volume, he’s not there yet.
