Joaquin Rodriguez-Costa brings rare size and infield upside to Delaware
Rodriguez-Costa is a big-bodied infielder at 6-6, 230 who already showed enough in prep ball to earn Delaware Preseason All-State recognition, and his game is built on strength, physicality, and projectable power rather than flash.[2][3] At the college level, he is still an emerging piece rather than a proven stat-sheet monster, so the real appeal is upside: a large frame, right-handed tools, and room to grow into a middle-of-the-order type if the bat comes along.[1][2] If your team wants immediate polish, he may be a work in progress; if you want a high-ceiling developmental infielder with real pop potential, he is worth a hard look.[2][3]
