Brandon DeAngelo brings fresh legs and a high-upside frame to Delaware’s WR room
In the 2026 season, Brandon DeAngelo is a true freshman wide receiver at Delaware who arrives with a strong high school résumé: a four-year starter, one-time captain, and all-state/all-conference performer with 111 catches, 1,566 receiving yards, and 16 total TDs in high school. Delaware lists him as a walk-on, which makes him more of a developmental bet than a finished product, but the juice is real: competitive, multi-sport, captain mentality, and polished enough to earn top honors before college. He’s a good fit for a staff that values toughness, upside, and patience.
