Alan Zhao has been Cornell’s clutch, distance-capable kicker with record-setting upside
In the 2025 season, Cornell kicker Alan Zhao was reliable but slightly less automatic than his breakout 2024, going 2-of-3 on field goals and 5-of-6 on extra points through the first three games while already proving he can handle pressure and long-range attempts. His 2024 season was the real calling card: 13-of-14 on field goals, 33-of-34 on PATs, and a school-record four field goals and 15 kicking points in a game against Dartmouth. He brings poise, leg strength, and game-changing special-teams value, making him a fit for teams that want a kicker who can swing close games.
