Austin Wiley brings pro-sized rim protection and glass-cleaning muscle
Austin Wiley is a 6'11", 260-pound center whose value is built on **physicality**, **rebounding**, and **rim protection** rather than volume scoring; in his 2019-20 Auburn season he averaged 10.6 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game while starting every game, and recent pro production has kept him in the neighborhood of a double-double threat. He fits best on a team that wants a tough interior anchor, but his long-term appeal is tempered by a history of eligibility/availability interruptions and the fact that he impacts the game more through presence than perimeter versatility.
