Isaiah Velazco is a contact-first multi-position bat with timely pop for Central Michigan
In the 2026 season, Isaiah Velazco has hit .250 with 1 home run and 2 RBI in limited action, but his real value is the carryover from a strong 2025: .325 with 17 doubles, 5 triples, 3 homers, 45 RBI, and a .987 OPS at Post, plus Second Team All-CACC honors. He looks like a left-handed, bat-to-ball, gap-power guy who can handle catcher or outfield, and his recent clutch ninth-inning triple in a comeback win hints at competitive edge. If you want versatility, offensive upside, and some sneaky extra-base juice, he’s worth a hard look.
