Big-bodied TE with upside, but still an unproven Skyhawks piece
Ryan Donnelly is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound redshirt freshman tight end at UT Martin in the 2026 season, arriving after a year at Drake where he did not see game action and redshirted. His best selling points are size, multi-sport-style physicality, and a strong prep résumé: he was a two-time all-conference honoree, earned all-area and all-state recognition, and posted 46 catches for 766 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior at Palatine High. The fit looks intriguing if a team wants a developmental, in-line TE with blocking potential and room to grow, though he remains a projection rather than a proven college producer.
