In the 2023 season, Hosea Knifeley Jr. was a second-team All-UAC defensive lineman who piled up 52 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, five pass breakups, seven QB hurries, and a forced fumble, while leading Austin Peay’s defensive line in total tackles.[1][12] He entered 2024 as a preseason All-UAC pick and a top returner for the Govs, which says plenty about his reliability, motor, and ability to impact plays beyond the box score.[6][11][13] If your team wants a tough, experienced interior disruptor who can chase down plays and create backfield noise, he fits the bill.
