Miguel Paul was ECU’s engine: a steady, pass-first guard with historic assist production
In the 2012-13 season, Miguel Paul averaged 13.3 points and 7.2 assists per game for East Carolina, setting the school’s single-season assist record with 236 while ranking among the league’s best distributors.[1][10][13] He finished his ECU career second all-time in assists (419) and remains a fit for teams that want a mature, high-IQ floor general who can organize offense, get teammates easy looks, and stay efficient at the line; the tradeoff is that he’s more creator than pure volume scorer.[1][8][12]
