Brant Smithers is Cumberlands’ high-volume microwave sniper
In the 2025-26 season, Brant Smithers emerged as a real weapon for the Patriots, averaging 11.8 points while leading the team with 85 made threes at a 39.7% clip. He’s more than a catch-and-shoot guy, too: he scored in double figures 19 times, topped 20 points five times, and exploded for 31 against William Carey while drilling eight threes. The fit is obvious for teams needing spacing, bench punch, and a guard who can flip a game in a hurry without needing the ball to dominate.
