Griffin Cameron brings speed, clutch contact, and table-setting energy to GCU
In the 2026 season, Grand Canyon senior outfielder Griffin Cameron has been a reliable top-of-order spark, highlighted by a walk-off two-run single against Arizona and a strong all-around profile built on contact, hustle, and defensive range. He played in every game for GCU in 2026 and posted .287 with 32 RBIs, 12 doubles, 9 homers, 8 steals, and a .402 OBP, showing a balanced blend of pop and on-base value. His Cape Cod League track record adds legitimacy to the athleticism: he’s a left-handed hitter with speed, a competitive edge, and the kind of gritty, pressure-friendly game coaches love.
