Nate Tastad looks like an emerging brick wall on NDSU’s line
Tastad is a 6-5, 303-pound sophomore offensive lineman for North Dakota State who already proved he can handle the job, starting all 13 games at left guard in 2025 and earning MVFC All-Newcomer and Freshman All-America recognition. He brings legit power, durability, and versatility from a high school career where he starred on both sides of the ball and helped dominate in the run game. Why care? Because NDSU trusted him immediately, and that usually means a nasty, dependable fit for a program built on trench warfare.
