High-usage, two-way forward who once dominated the Big West
Lamine Diane built his CSUN reputation as a rugged, high-motor forward with elite production: in the 2019-20 Big West season, he averaged 24.2 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 1.6 steals, and CSUN noted he was the only Division I player to finish above 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game that year.[7][1] He also flashed game-breaking upside with a 39-point, 13-rebound outing, showing a scorer who can take over physically and on the glass.[2][5] The main fit question is durability and role translation, since his later pro stat lines have been far quieter than his college peak.[3][6]
