Carley Bolden brings veteran backcourt steadiness to Carolina University
Carley Bolden is a 5'5" senior guard for Carolina University who gives the Bruins experienced backcourt depth and a proven ability to chip in offensively; in a 45-39 win over Truett-McConnell in the 2024 season, she scored 11 points, showing she can contribute in low-possession, grind-it-out games. The Bruins listed her as one of four key returners entering the 2025-26 season, which signals trust in her leadership and continuity. At her size, her value is quickness, poise, and toughness more than flash—useful traits for a coach looking for a reliable, mature guard who fits a disciplined team environment.
