Kyle Moretti brings proven linebacker production and veteran reliability to SDSU
Moretti is a high-floor, plug-and-play linebacker whose résumé is built on production: in 2024 at San Diego State, he played all 12 games with three starts and finished with 60 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss and a sack, after logging 207 career tackles, 16.5 TFL and 6.0 sacks across his Division I career.[4][6] His differentiators are consistency, diagnosis and finishing ability in the box, plus the kind of leadership and football IQ that showed up in his two-time Academic All-MAC recognition and all-conference honors at Central Michigan.[2][6][9]
