Saint Louis Power Forward with Elite Rebounding and Defensive Intensity
Hasahn French, a 6-7 power forward for the Saint Louis Billikens, stands out as a freshman record-setter with 59 blocked shots and averages of 9.3 points and 7.1 rebounds per game in the 2018-19 season, showcasing rare defensive intensity and physicality that statistics alone can't capture. His 51.7% field goal accuracy and 8.4 rebounds per game in later seasons reflect consistent efficiency and a relentless motor on the court. French’s personality is marked by quiet leadership and a no-nonsense approach, making him a high-fit defensive anchor for teams needing interior presence. Though he has moved to professional play in Kosovo, his college differentiators—elite shot-blocking, rebounding consistency, and unyielding intensity—make him a compelling prospect for any team prioritizing defensive strength and reliable frontcourt performance.
