Air Force’s Carter Cremascoli opens 2026 by flashing a big leg and ice-cold nerves
In the 2026 season opener, sophomore kicker Carter Cremascoli was perfect for Air Force, hitting both field-goal tries — including a 52-yarder — and all four extra points in a 34-0 win over Duquesne, while also booming every kickoff for touchbacks. His value goes beyond the box score: Air Force won a preseason battle to keep him after he reportedly drew a lucrative transfer offer, which says a lot about his upside, poise, and market appeal. For a team that wants a reliable specialist with range and pressure-proof confidence, he’s an easy fit.
