Lengthy, Skilled Frontcourt Piece With Reliable Rim Protection
Akoy Agau, a 6-foot-8 Louisville forward, brought value as a versatile big who could defend, rebound, and score efficiently in limited minutes; in the 2017-18 season he averaged 5.0 points and 3.6 rebounds in 27 games for the Cardinals, while earlier college stops showed his shot-blocking upside and interior toughness. His appeal is less about flash and more about steady, physical frontcourt production, plus the kind of size and discipline coaches can trust in rotation roles. If your team needs a hardworking, defense-first forward with experience, Agau is a sensible fit.
