Daveon Boardingham is a high-efficiency, two-way forward with real matchup value for Southern Miss
Boardingham’s value comes from efficient scoring and versatile production: in the 2025-26 season he is averaging 9.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and shooting 56.8% from the field, after previously posting 8.6 points and 4.0 rebounds while ranking third in Conference USA in field-goal percentage. He is the kind of forward who can finish through contact, rebound his area, and make opponents pay for mistakes without needing heavy usage. For a team, he profiles as a dependable, low-drama fit who brings physicality, efficiency and steady two-way impact rather than flashy volume scoring.[4][5]
