Braxton Lassiter is becoming a disruptive, assignment-sound force on Richmond’s defensive front
In the 2025 season, Braxton Lassiter played in all 12 games for Richmond, posting 21 tackles, 3.0 sacks, two quarterback hurries, two pass breakups, and his first career interception, which is a strong resume for a rising DL. At 6-foot-5 and around 268-270 pounds, he brings length, power, and pass-rush pop, and Richmond’s staff clearly trusts him in big moments after he helped fuel a defense that ranked among the Patriot League’s best. He also showed up in the 2026 spring game with two sacks, a nice sign of continued momentum.
